But what’s next? Below, we’ll give you all the details about what’s to come in your favorite anime series—and we’ll reveal some brand new anime series coming in 2023!
Solo Leveling Season 1
Solo Leveling is probably the most popular manhwa right now. After gaining so much hype, it’s finally getting an anime adaptation. As previously announced this summer, A-1 Studios will have the pleasure of bringing this story to life sometime in 2023.
Solo Leveling is a story about Jinwoo Sung, known as the weakest hunter in a world where hunting is essential. After some unfortunate events, Sung finds himself talking to the “System,” who offers him to become the best hunter of them all.
This anime has the potential to be an amazing journey with fantastic characters, powers, and fights. Will it live up to the hype? We’ll have to wait and see!
Demon Slayer Season 3
With its emotional story and fantastic animation, Demon Slayer is certainly one of the best shows of the past few years. After two very successful seasons and the most successful anime movie of all time, it’s time for the third season.
Demon Slayer season 3 will be an adaptation of the Swordsmith Village Arc and will release sometime in 2023.
Attack on Titan Season Four Part Three
Attack on Titan is an anime that’s part of the “greatest of all time” conversation. The complex yet thrilling story is constantly playing with fans’ emotions. After the epic ending of the second part of this season, we can’t wait to finally see the finale.
Luckily, the wait is almost over is over as it was confirmed that Attack on Titan’s finale is coming in 2023. What’s not confirmed, though, is whether the anime will stick to the manga’s ending. If you haven’t yet, this might be a good opportunity to explore manga. Sometimes, the stories in your favorite anime turn out differently from the original comics!
Classroom of the Elite Season 3
Classroom of the Elite is an underrated show that is slowly gaining popularity as new seasons are released. It’s an entertaining thriller full of mind games set in a school full of the most clever students in all of Japan.
The third season will release sometime in the next year and will animate the 8th volume of the light novel.
One Punch Man Season 3
Our favorite anime superhero is finally coming back. One Punch Man season 3 will release in 2023, and Saitama will take on a new and stronger enemy.
The first two seasons were great and the manga has one of the best art styles ever, so there is no reason not to be hyped for the release of this show.
Tokyo Revengers Season 2
With its release in 2021, Tokyo Revengers has very quickly gained popularity. This sci-fi, time-traveling show focuses on Hangeki Takemichi, a man who travels back in time moments before his life is ended by train.
Using this power, he tries to save his girlfriend and many more people from the most dangerous gang in Tokyo. Will he be able to do it, and what other challenges will he have to face? Find out in Tokyo Revengers season 2.
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2
Along with Demon Slayer, this is the most famous new show that everyone is talking about. Jujutsu Kaisen was a breath of fresh air in the world of shonen, and it has one of the most successful first seasons in the recent history of anime. In fact, it was the most-streamed anime in Japan when it premiered in 2021.
With one season and a prequel movie under its belt, Jujutsu Kaisen is finally making its much-anticipated comeback the next year.
Vinland Saga Season 2
An underrated anime with an amazing setting and characters, Vinland Saga is a revenge story—and so much more. It’s about a young boy called Thorfinn who is determined to avenge his father’s death. On the way, he meets many fan-favorite characters and runs into moral dilemmas regarding his quest.
After the success of the manga and the first season, it’s no wonder that Vinland Saga is getting a second season. Unlike the other shows on this list, we know the exact release date. Vinland Saga season 2 releases on January 9th, 2023.
